We offer a safe, positive and stable environment for learning and living. language spoken is English. We have one large room on the main level -very clean, quiet and private. The pricing includes all meals, utilities, laundry and high speed internet. The room features a double bed, bedding, desk, closet, dresser, lamp, towels, & shared bathroom. We are within walking distance to parks, libraries, community & shopping centres, groceries (including ethnic grocery shops) and excellent restaurants. There is easy access to the trendy Main Street area, Queen Elizabeth Park, beaches, skiing, theatres etc... Only 1 bus to UBC, downtown, Metrotown. The Main Street bus is only 69 meters away and we're a short walk to the Canada line (langara & Oakridge stations). We've hosted students and working professionals from all over the world since 1998. We are a family of 4 with 2 children in university as well as a very friendly dog. We also love to travel and spent a year backpacking throughout the world together. Airport pickups can be arranged for a $25 fee. I look forward to hearing from you.

Sonja es increíble, la mejor anfitriona del mundo que puedas encontrar. Cocina delicioso, todos los días te sorprenderá con una cena diferente, se preocupa mucho por cada persona que vive en su casa. Te hace sentir como parte de su familia ¡la mejor! Tiene sentimientos increíbles es sin duda la persona más humana en el mundo. La habitación que rente y los espacios comunes son idénticos a las fotografías y la casa está súper bonita. Ella y su familia son muy limpios siempre se preocupan por la limpieza en casa. Marley es una hermosa perrita que te acompañará mientras comes o ves la tele ¡es divina! La casa está ubicada es una zona muy accesible cerca de downtown y centros comerciales o tiendas para comprar lo que necesites. A unos pasos está la parada de autobús 3 que te lleva a downtown o al aeropuerto eso hace que el lugar sea Perfecto. Cualquier cosa que necesites Sonja siempre te va apoyar.
