There are 2 apartments for rent, totally independent, of exclusive use for the guests, at economic prices. In this package there are 3 totally independent rooms, with capacity for 8 people. It also has two kitchens, two private bathrooms, hot and cold water 24/7, furniture and TV, terrace with plants, flowers and wifi access, balcony, electricity 110V and 220V. Ideal for groups of friends or family, for short or long stays. 1- A triple room (Hostal la Cima), consists of three beds 3/4 (1.35 x 1.90), has closet, armchair, two bedside tables, fan and air conditioning. Although the capacity of people in the room, by the number of beds, is three people, it can be accommodated up to 5 people since the room is large, the beds are spacious and the same price, there may be more people, the hosts can accommodate 5 people in the room. 2- The double room (Hostal Vista Boulevard), has a double bed or double bed, has a window, chest of drawers with mirror, fan, air conditioning. It has capacity for two people. 3- The other Triple room (Hostal Vista Boulevard), has a personal bed and another double or double bed, has a bedside table, chest of drawers with mirror, closet and air conditioning. It has capacity for 3 people. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. The hosts, Irvin and loana, live in the same building, are a happy couple with two young children, they are always catering to the needs of their guests. Although not speaking English fluently, both can provide information about places and events in the city. Always try to solve any problem that may arise and please the guests, it is part of their work policy.
