Vanesa was friendly and very kind. She didn't only tell me about spots around the house but also about events, which made my homestay very enjoyable.

We stayed one week at Vanesa's apartment and we loved it. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Good beds and lots of storage room. We had our own bathroom and the kitchen was well equiped. We had also our loundry washed by Vanesa. She told us a lot of tips about Madrid and its surroundings. The hospitality was amazing. And the location was also perfect.

Vanessa est très agréable et serviable, elle essaie de mettre son locataire à l'aise et lui présente son quartier, les transports etc. Son appartement est très agréable et il est à notre disposition. Bien situé près du métro et de plusieurs lignes de bus, il est facile de se déplacer. Des commerces et restaurants se trouvent à quelques minutes de chez elle, il est donc facile de se restaurer.

La estancia en la casa de Vanesa ha sido excelente. La casa es acogedora y bonita la habitación muy confortable y el colchón comodísimo. Las zonas comunes están siempre limpias. Vanesa es una anfitriona amable y dispuesta a ayudar en todo momento. La situación es muy tranquila y con todos los servicios muy cerca, además esta muy bien comunicada con el centro y zonas importantes de la ciudad. La recomiendo 100%

Pay attention to the points for a better choice: (0-5) Host: 5 You will definitely feel intimacy with him and you will use his guides to find the city. Room: 5 The room has a lock and facilities include a closet and hanger and... Access to public transportation: 5 About 5 minutes walk to the metro station and about 2 minutes to the bus station Time distance to Plaza Maya and Downtown by subway is about 20 minutes Silence and cleanliness: 5 +1 In a word, My house is extremly clean but her house was cleaner than mine. Facilities: 5 Clean bathroom and kitchen, oven, fridge and... The only problem was that after a 13-hour flight, I had to stay in the city until 5:45 with my luggage. Check-in 17:45 - Check out 12:30. (Of course, Vanessa kindly kept my luggage until 6:30) eventually fell free to book here.
