The Niquero city is located south of the province of Granma and bordered by the Gulf of Guacanayabo. It is a town full of art, culture, stories and tradition. Our house, called Paraiso Azul hostel, is located in the center of the city, on the main street and a few meters from the Niquero Hotel and the traditional Ricardo de Cespedes Park. It is a family house that, from the height of its viewpoint, will allow you to see the intense blue sea through binoculars and the nearest cays of our city. The hostel is on the 2nd level. The room we have designed for you and your family is on the 3rd level with total privacy, a large terrace to enjoy the sun, and independent access by the exterior staircase. The room has a private bathroom, closet, hot and cold water, mini-bar, and air conditioning for the hottest days. From your room you can communicate with the rest of the world through Wifi. If you're looking for your vacation to be quiet, relaxed, in direct contact with nature and the sea air, you have chosen the right place. Our family is always available to assist you. We offer car service to travel to the important trails and caves that exist in our city with a specialized guide service. You can also rent bicycles for these tours instead of the car service. If you are a lover of music we offer serenade service with traditional music and mariachis. We prepare romantic dinners, traditional dishes where fresh fish and ... seafood are predominating. Our hostel suggests you walk the Archaeological Trail of Guafe with its ceremonial cave which includes; the "Idol of Water", the goddess Atabeira, and the funeral caves that give an incalculable value to this great ecosystem. This trail is able to captivate the interest of a great variety of visitors. In the same route you can also enjoy Cabo Cruz a real ecological and historical jewel with some of the largest and most conserved marine terraces in the world, an ancient community founded by Diego Velázquez, and a lighthouse that constitutes one of its most dissimilar attractions. We also have Playa las Coloradas, the Desembarco del Gramma National Park, and los Cayuelos which is the place where Commander Fidel Castro disembarked in 1956. At home we also offer another attraction with the performances of our son and magician Saulo, an artist of only 15 years old who will offer a fun and magical show.
