DESCRIPTION My wife and I live in beautiful Signal Hill with an excellent view overlooking long Beach and the park. We live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo and are offering our spare room and bathroom for our guests. We also have a large living room and a charming patio which has views of Signal Hill park across the street and an overlook of the city of long Beach. There is a washer/dryer available for our guests to use at any time. We also offer one parking space. This a safe and secure condominium complex, offering gated entry with special key only. There is a swimming pool and jacuzzi available for guests to use during designated pool-time use hours. In addition, a tennis court is available for the guests to use at any time with the exception of quiet hours. We are a friendly and outgoing couple who enjoy many activities, with a few involving charity, helping those in need, and fun in the outdoors (hiking, camping, beach, etc.) We both work full time but can offer much advice about the area. We respect the privacy of our guests and understand that there are many individuals who work and/or go to school. If you need rest, we completely understand and can keep this as a quiet and relaxing environment for you. On the other hand, we can also provide tips and give great advice on local attractions and fun things to do in the area- all catering to your needs. We want to offer our guests the best experience we can. lOCATION We live in a quiet neighborhood in Signal Hill and are close to universities, colleges, shopping, dining, entertainment, etc. Here is an example of how close we are to certain locations: UNIVERSITIES: -CSUlB- 5 minutes -lBCC- 5 minutes -CSUDH- 20 minutes -CSUF- 25 minutes - Cypress College- 20 minutes -Cerritos College- 20 minutes GROCERIES/DINING: -Signal Hill shopping town centre is within walking distance from our place. It offers grocery stores such as Costco and Food 4 less, and numerous options for dining. ENTERTAINMENT - The Signal Hill trail system for hiking, walking, jogging, etc., is within a one minute walk from our place. -Beach- 5 minutes
