My home is located in Stretford, Old Trafford, Manchester! Only a 10-15 min walk to Manchester United Football Ground. Its a 3 bedroom house in a quiet, family residential area with a nice sized garden. There are 2 TV rooms downstairs if privacy is required or if my chit chat starts boring you haha! Only a one minute walk to the lovely, local longford Park. I work in the Fire Service, so i do shifts of 4 on and 4 off: 2 day shifts followed by 2 night shifts, then 4 days off. This may benefit some people who require there own space and privacy. TRUST & HONESTY is so IMPORTANT as I am new to Home Stay and I am doing this for the first time. I want your stay to be rewarding and pleasurable and the same for me too hopefully! I am looking forward to meeting like-minded, exciting people who are well travelled with stories to tell and in return all I ask is to learn a few foreign words haha... I am more than willing to offer useful advise on Manchester and the UK in general, worthwhile places to visit, do's and dont's etc.... If you have ANY questions, no matter how strange or weird... JUST ASK ME! My stay at Kam's house was really good, the house is confortable and my room was good and spacious as well. Kam is very friendlly and helped me in everything that I needed, he worries about him's guests. Very thankfull that spent my days in Manchester at his house.

I enjoyed first stay in Manchester and Kam and this home highly contributed to it. All football fans will feel comfortable here because of the place of this house which is 20 min walk away from Old Trafford. Not only that but the friendly landlord, Kam keeps cleanliness of the house so much that I stayed there without feeling stressful. You have to cook by yourself but it does not matter to me who hoped to improve the cooking skill. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Manchester, I am sure I strongly recommend here. Thank you, Kam for being a part of unforgettable memories in Manchester.

I had a great stay by Kam’s place. I originally came to stay by his place for 2 weeks and ended up staying a lot longer. He treated me like family, from taking care of my laundry to food. Anything I needed, he was there to assist. Unfortunately I have to go back home, but I will miss staying at Kam’s place.

Kam is a very friendly host who makes sure that your stay is is great. He is very open minded, kind and caring. His house is very clean and it's exactly like it is in the pictures. The house is very close to many things. And there is a beautiful park nearby. We shared many intrests. His family is very kind hearted and genial.
