lovely room in beautiful, old house

My spacious Victorian house is located on an historic street with many trees. The atmosphere in my house is friendly and calm. The house has a lovely garden, the kitchen has all the needed pots and pans, dishes, etc. and there is a clothes washing machine and dryer here. The house is very near public transportation to the center of Philadelphia (about 20 minutes away) and near a five mile public park where people hike, jog and ride mountain bikes. Several universities, including Drexel University Medical School, Chestnut Hill College and la Salle University, are nearby. I look forward to hosting you.

I had a very pleasant stay at Claudia and Jay house. Claudia and Jay are very friendly and welcoming! Claudia home had every amenity I could want or need, I really hope I get to stay there again soon...I highly recommend it!
