Amazing views of the Kaipara Harbor and rolling mountains for incredible sunrises and sunsets. large deck for entertaining and barbecues in summer. Has a fireplace for winter. Parakai hot pools 18 minutes drive, lovely in Winter/summer and Waterfalls nearby at Omeru Reserve with pools to swim in or have a picnic. There are two toilets and one bathroom and house will have another bathroom installed. Has a single room and a double room with double beds in both and can accommodate for short or long term, 20 mins drive to Silverdale or 25 mins drive to Albany University Campus.
