I have got fabulous spare double room ABOUT THE ROOM and THE HOUSE: The room is a 20 sq. m. double room available which comes with a double bed, a wardrobe + a table/chair. The house is equipped with Washing Machine, Fridge/Freezer, Broadband - Wi-Fi, TV and Kitchen. It is modernised to a high standard. It looks clean and fantastic. It is very well maintained. The road is situated in a quiet residential road and it is 5 minutes' walk away from small grocery stores and restaurants which open until late. IDEAl HOUSE MATE: We are looking for someone who is looking for a home. The ideal house mate for us is someone who knows the etiquettes of living with other people, relax personality and sociable. AMENITIES: It is 5 minutes walk to lewisham High Street & 18 Minutes to Blackheath which are both full of restaurants, shops, bars, pubs & amazing parks. Along lewisham High Street, located are some of the popular stores like Marks & Spencer, TK Maxx, Primark, Argos, Boots, Sainsburys and many more. In the same street, there are stalls operated by local market traders that sell very good quality goods at very low prices. There is also a Soho Gym on the same road. lewisham Hospital (NHS Trust) is just around the corner on lewisham High Street. We also got excellent transport from lewisham to Central london New Cross - 6 minutes | london Bridge - 10 minutes Waterloo - 12 minutes | Canary Wharf - 14 minutes| Cannon Street - 14 minutes | Charing Cross - 16 minutes | Victoria - 19 Minutes | Bank - 23 minutes. There are also plenty of buses to go all around london. This is for single occupancy. It is a home and an excellent place to study and re-energize yourself after a hard day.

The rental is close to Greenwich, a very pleasant place. Shops are also nearby. The DLR is barely 3 minutes away. The room is pleasant, very good bed and sufficient storage. What about the owner ... ?. It would take several pages to praise his kindness and helpfulness !. We were a good team.

Maryse was the best host I've stayed with! She is incredibly kind and generous and will look after you like family. I can't recommend her highly enough!!! The flat was immaculately clean & tidy too. So if you need someone to stay in London - this is the place :)

I enjoyed staying at Maryse's home a lot. She is the nicest landlady, very hospitable, kind and a great person to stay with. During my stay she helped me a lot even with cleaning, also shared her delicious food. The apartment and the room itself is nice, Asda is 3 mins walk, the shopping center and DLR, train station is nearby.

Amazing host and room! The flat overall is very clean and neat. The room looks much larger than in the photo and very cozy. I was provided with cutlery, plates, beddings, which were included in price. The host lady was very friendly and made sure I was feeling comfortable. 5 stars definitely! Thank you, Maryse!

My stay with Maryse was fantastic! She provided a really comfortable and immaculately clean room, a well-stocked kitchen and was very welcoming and knowledgable about the local area. She is a lovely person and an excellent host. The location is great, very short walk to Lewisham and New Cross likewise, not far from Greenwich. Great transport connections and nice surroundings. I can't recommend highly enough!
