We are a mature couple, we speak Spanish and English and love hosting people from different countries. Our house is located in a very quiet and safe area and is located close to a subway station and buses. We are renting a basement, furnished, bachelor apartment, that contains a medium size bedroom with a double bed, dresser, night table, desk chair and a place to hang up your suits. The apartment is located in a very quiet and safe area of Toronto. The bachelor has a kitchenette and a private bathroom with a bathtub. We are non-smokers and do not welcome pets. We play squash, badminton and do Kung/Fu at lA Fitness which is 15 minutes walking and 4 minutes driving.
