ABOUT ME: I work in travel agency and live with my parents. I can speak English pretty good. my parents are about 60 years old and I am 30 . we are welcoming family and we place a high value for our guests from any nationality. I can offer you day trip in Tehran with my car and also introduce you nice places to visit and how to get there. ============================================================== ABOUT HOME: our home is 120 sq.m with two rooms. we are between center and north of Tehran. the location is definitely unique because we have access to everything you imagine like bus stop, train station(metro), nice parks, exchange office, best quality restaurants and so on. metro station is just 5 minutes walking from our home and Main Bus Central Station is quit near us. you should feel free here and act as if you are at your home. for example turn on Tv, make your tea, take water from refrigerator and cook your dinner. ============================================================== RUlES: 1: smoking is not allowed inside the home. 2: you can use the kitchen but just please clean it after yourself :) . ============================================================== ADDITIONAl AVAIlABlE SERVICES: 1- Accommodation Fee: double room: 20 Euro or 25 US Dollar per night in cash and should be paid in arriving. we offer disscout for single individuals. 2-light breakfast and wifi: free - are included in the price 3-pick up from domestic Airport : free ---------->5 km to center 4-international airport: 15 euro ( one way)------->40 km to center 5-washing machine : free 6- Tehran map : free 7-drive you to bus terminal : free 8-Day trip : 15 euro (if possible) ============================================================== Best Regards Mostafa Dadashaliha

What a wonderful experience we had staying with Mostafa! Mostafa and his family are truly warm-hearted and so kind and attentive. They made our stay so easy and special! The flat was very clean and comfortable. It’s in a very good neighborhood and just a six minute walk to the metro station. It is well situated in the city and we always felt comfortable and very safe! Mostafa provided us with very helpful tips and guidance and was always more than happy to answer all of our questions. His English is excellent and while he was at work, his lovely mother would kindly tend to us if we needed anything. Both his father and mother, in fact the whole family (we met some of his siblings), have such a beautiful soul! Staying with Mostafa turned a good trip into a great one that we will never forget. We felt a certain nostalgia upon leaving, even though we were only in Tehran for three days, but we felt like we had become part of the the family! We are so grateful to have found this gem of a host and highly recommend this place to stay!

Very good place to stay. Confortable room. Closed to the métro (Line 1) Mostafa and his family are gréât and give us a very friendly welcome.

Mostafa is a real kind person. He was of help in preparing my trip. His family is very welcome. I helped a little bit in the kitchen to cook an amazing dinner with his mother. I had a good time in talking with him. The room is comfortable and the guest is respectful of privacy. If recommend for a stay in tehran.

I stayed only one night by Mostafa homestay. He was not there but he was helpful. The house is clean and the room is very quite. Mostafa's mother is very friendly and the breakfast was very good.it was a short experience, I think if I stayed more I would appreciate the stay better. I gave 4 starts only because of the following negative point : The homestay price is indicated in homestay as 35€. Once the reservation done we paid 15% (5euro) to homestay and was indicated that we have to pay 30€ but Mostafa asked for 35€. I had same issue with another homestay in Iran (2/4) and I think some Homestay hosts didn't understand how it's working in Airbnb, homestay...etc

Mustafa's parents are really nice and the place is nice, big and clean. However, we had an issue with the price as the price indicated in Homestay is not the price eventually asked by Mustafa (around 20% more). This was explained to us in a quite unfriedly manner. There is no parking spot.

All went very well during our stay at Mostafa's place. We had a good time with him and his loving parents. Break was very much more than light and with good variation. Mostafa gave us a lot of information in good English and accompanied us to show some interesting places. We were so much attached to his family, that departing was not easy. Thanks Mostafa for everything.
