What a beautiful and welcoming house.Ismael and the whole family took very good care of me.Very helpful and atentiv from the morning till night.The food was amazing and the place is very charming.Porto Esperanza is certainly to visit away from busy Viñales.Beautiful white sand beaches very close to the city.I loved the wooden pier and the unbelievable sunsets every evening.Dont forget to ride...the location is perfect for a romantic getaway and connect with nature.

Amazing hosts, we loved it so much we stayed an extra 2 nights. Laura and Ismael are welcoming and helpful; nothing is too much trouble. The food is the best, fresh and cooked with love. If you are traveling to Cuba, I would highly reccommed.

Une expérience inoubliable chez Ismael et sa famille ! La maison se trouve à 50 m de la mer, dans un village paisible où nous avons rencontré beaucoup de personnes très gentilles et sympathiques qui nous ont fait connaître un peu plus la culture et la vie des cubains. La chambre est grande et propre, dotée de ventilation et de climatisation ; elle se trouve légèrement à l'écart de la maison d'Ismael et Laura, ce qui permet une certaine intimité tout en restant proche de leur famille fort généreuse et sympathique. Nous avons mangé comme des rois : au petit-déjeuner deux fruits (mangue, mamey, papaye, etc.) et des bananes, deux jus des fruits, omelette ou œuf au plat, pain, etc ; au dîner, les meilleures langoustes et crabes au monde, accompagnés d'un congri juteux. Quoi dire de plus ? Que le jour que nous irons à nouveau à Cuba on passera quelques jours chez Ismael, Laura, Ismaelito, Edgar Antonio et le reste de la famille !

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Ismael and his family! They are gracious hosts and good company. Plus, the AC works great. I definitely recommend investing in a home-cooked meal--it's totally worth it! Special thanks to Diana for showing me around (and teaching me some reggaeton moves, albeit unsuccessfully :) Hasta pronto!
