Hi, We are a small family, me, my 17 year old daughter who will be starting university, my brother, our cat and a labradoodle dog. We live in a house in North Vancouver and are a short walk to the bus stop then a 10 minute bus ride to lonsdale Quay or 45 minutes to downtown Vancouver. Capilano University is only 20 min door to door. We are surrounded by trees and beautiful landscapes. North Vancouver offers many hiking trails, Grouse Mountain, Capilano Suspension Bridge and many lovely parks. Single occupancy only. WiFi, utilities, and 2 loads of laundry per week are all included. We would like you to be respectful and to keep the noise to down at night. Quiet time is 10 PM, along with use of kitchen (for cooking) ends at 10 PM. Check in : after 3 pm Check out: before 11 am

Really great homestay, I highly recommend it!! I felt very welcome and comfortable, from the beginning Sue and her daughter made me feel at home. I enjoyed my time with them very much, thank you so much for everything! I stayed in the upstairs room, it was very nice and big. Safe and quiet area in beautiful North Vancouver and there is direct bus service nearby to downtown and many other places.

I love staying with this family!! Sue is very kind and nice. I stayed in the basement room and I shared a kitchen and a washroom with Sue's brother, David. He is also kind and sweet. I felt a lot of nature around, so you will enjoy with this North Vancouver life! Thank you so much for everything, Sue:)
