Our home is located in one of Mumbai's fastest growing, suburbs - Malad west. A constantly evolving locality, also known as the IT and BPO hub of the city, a friendly and safe neighbourhood with a mix of multi- lingual citizens staying nearby. A warm and welcoming household, my daughter and I are seeking to offer our humble abode to Students / Foreigners (Couple / Single) travellers who visit the city on business or simply to those consumed by wanderlust! We are a family of two residing in a 2 BHK(Bedroom, Hall, Kitchen) who love to chat up, cook, eat, discover latest happenings in the city, watch plays and movies when we're not planning our next vacation! English is the only language spoken at home. We would certainly enjoy the company of like-minded individuals, from whom I'm sure we will have a chance to learn a thing or two. Travellers will be hosted in our fully equipped, cozy en-suite, complete with a wooden flooring, dresser, 42”inch Slim TV, Wifi, attached bath and a cupboard. Guests will also have access to the kitchen and common living area. Also included are freshly laundered clothes for you everyday! We take pride in feeding our guests, so freshly prepared Indian home cooked meals - breakfast / lunch / dinner (vegetarian and non-vegetarian ) can be included on request. If you are a meat-lover, you're in for quite a treat! Our home is just five minutes away from three of the most renowned shopping malls in the city (Inorbit, Infinity and Oberoi Mall), that house Indian and International brands, multiplexes, elaborate food courts and kid zones. We are very well connected, with the train station which is just 10 minutes away and the western express highway 15 minutes away. A metro station is also just at a walking distance. While local transport such as auto-rickshaws, BEST buses and cabs are easily available, there is also ample of access to private cab services such as Uber / Ola, etc. Eateries here range from experimental order-at-home services as well as hip and trendy restaurant and bars for those who would like to venture out and explore nightlife in this part of the city. Essential spaces such as Metro wholesale , D-mart ,nature's basket, Salon's, Chemists, Cyber Cafes, Stationery shops, Coffee shops and vegetable and fruit vendors are situated in close proximity as soon as you get you exit the building. For fitness enthusiasts there are two parks (Sunder Nagar Garden and Mindspace Garden) within 5 minutes walking distance. For those who'd like to workout, there is an option for you to pay per day at well equipped Gym which is less than 100 metres away.
