Proche du centre ville, des chambres confortables et propres. Le point fort est la cour intérieure très arborée, calme et agréable. Un bon séjour ! Attention néanmoins pour les visiteurs avec un véhicule : le garage n'est pas toujours accessible.

I contacted Teresa before making the booking and specifically requested the family room for 5 people - I explained I was travelling with my husband and three young children and that we wanted to be in the same room together. I also requested a separate room for my brother-in-law who was travelling with us. She replied saying that I should complete the booking and that the rooms would be available for me. The communication was all in Spanish so there was no way that she misunderstood me. We were therefore very surprised to arrive after a long, hot journey (with three tired, hungry children), to be told that the 5-person room had already been booked and was not available. I know that mistakes can happen, but we were not even given an apology. There was no recognition that she had actually replied to my messages reassuring me that the rooms would be available as per my request. Instead she was quite rude We found somewhere else to stay - with lovely rooms and much friendlier and more hospitable hosts.
