The Hostal - Restaurant la Casona Jover was founded in 2009, structured in a typical colonial building built in 1867, it is 300 meters from the city center. It is a house of traditional plant, built in the mid-nineteenth century, which occupies an important plot of the Colón street, one of the main arteries of the city. Despite having more than one hundred and twenty years, the house retains its original spirit, establishing a harmonious dialogue with the furniture and decoration, necessary for its new function as a hostel. The house is composed of living room, dining room, rooms with private bathroom, air conditioning, fan, hair dryer, TV, minibar, terrace bar, patio with garden of tropical plants and fountain, together with furniture, lamps and baroque paintings and the art deco style In its main rooms is located the restaurant which offers a varied gastronomic offer of traditional Cuban and international cuisine. The culinary specialty of the Casona is the Chicken to Honey, basically consists of the mixture of flavors and aromas that in a unique and original way combine to create an exclusive dish of our local cuisine.
