Please note this price is for a single bed in a single room. We currently have another student in the house studying at a english language school in auckland city our family consist of a husband , wife , 4 year old and a new born child .We have hosted international students for over 8 years from many different countries. We live in a 3-brm house with a 2 bedroom sleepout where the children sleep so will not disturb your sleep . Our house is situated on a quiet street, near to the kaipatiki bush which makes for a nice walk on Auckland's North Shore .We are close to buses, shops, schools and it's a 40-minute bus ride to the central city. The house has a lot of trees and greenery around it and attracts a lot of birds. It is a family home, so there are a lot of toys and child-related mess, so if you prefer the tidiness of hotels this is not the place for you! There is one toilet and bathroom that we share. The lounge area has a large-screen TV with skytv you are welcome to watch all the sports , movies, and news. A heater is install in the room. The room consists of a king single bed ,It has lamps, drawers, shelves, mirrors and a wardrobe with clothes hangers. Bedding is provided. There is plenty of street parking available for a car. We have 1 dog which stays outside only and is friendly and does a good job being a guard dog We have a washing machine for you to use, or I can do your laundry for you all included in the price . The makings for breakfast are provided (you prepare your own) and cooked evening meals are included in the cost. lunches are your responsibility. We have unlimited fibre internet provided for you My wife is thai and Im a kiwi so English is mostly spoken in the house .I work as a kitchen fabricator and my wife is currently on maternity leave , so During the week we are very busy , but in the weekend love to relax watching movies and going to parks so if we go on an outing that is suitable for you to join us on, you Are always invited
