Hello there.. YOU Will Enjoy Jordan.. We have a one bedroom that will be vacant starting from 20th of December, 2016 in an apartment in a very calm and awesome area behind the Palm Restaurant near the Airport street. The apartment has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, two living areas with two dining tables and large TV and home theater, an amazing kitchen, a storage room that contains the washing machine, plus two balconies with an amazing view over the area. You will be sharing the apartment with Mohammad, the owner, working as a Project Manager from 8-5 pm close to 7th circle. The other flatmate Ahmed who works with the UN in Abdoun area. Rent is 275 JOD/month including utilities of water, electricity, internet, gas and guard fee. We also MIGHT need to fill diesel for heating which will probably will be around 50 JOD/person for the whole winter to support the gas, air conditioning, and fireplace heat sources.
