The Homestay is located near a tea garden in lush green countryside, which takes about one hour from the Darjeeling town. The family consists of the father ,mother,3 sons, daughter in laws and grand children.Their forefathers have been living here for more than a hundred and fifty years , the elders are passionately growing local vegetables and flowers . The huts are beautifully made with bamboo, mud and straw with attached bathrooms, the outdoor area has an elegant garden with a mesmerising view of the panaromic landscape including a river. The people here speak the local language ie nepali, hindi, bengali and english.
