The landlords, Daniel and Erwann, live in this colonial style house with large mahogany doors, 5 meter high ceilings, original tile floors and a nice array of ancient furniture and chandeliers. They rent five bedrooms, each of them with air conditioning and a private bathroom. The guests are more than welcome to enjoy the main living room with its balcony overlooking San Rafael street, the inner patio as well as the rooftop from where one can see the sea. Although it is located in a quiet area it is in the city centre, only 5 minutes away from the Malecon, 10 minutes from the Vedado district and the Hotel Nacional and 15 minutes from the Parque Central and the Old Havana. While visiting Cuba don't miss the Museo de Arte Cubano, the charming district of the loma del Angel, the house of Hemingway and the beaches of Playas de l'Este. Viñales and its Â« Mogotes Â» valley is also a must and could be a full day excursion.

This was our best place in Cuba !Daniel & Erwann are really good hosts! Their house has lovely atmosphare , really good design with the old but nice furniture. fantastic breakfasts (with some French crepes), really the best mojitos in Cuba , good conversations , lot of smiley !The balcony was our favourite for some relax.Highly recommended place!We wont forget this house on the San Rafael street! Thank you!

L'accueil d'Erwann et de Daniel a été chaleureux, attentif et plein de bienveillance. On se sent bien avec eux et dans leur belle maison aménagée avec goût. Les petits déjeuners sont exceptionnels, colorés et délicieux. Enfin, leurs conseils pour appréhender la Havane sont judicieux et leurs aides précieuses. Une adresse à recommander+++

Our stay with Daniel and Erwann was excellent! The welcome mojito was the best one we had during our entire trip and the breakfasts were equally delicious. The casa location was perfect, we could walk to all of the different neighborhoods. Daniel and Erwann were so friendly and welcoming I couldn’t recommend staying with them more!
