My family consists of my mother, my kids (33 and 23 my daughter in law and grandchild) and myself. All my kids are currently working. We are close to central town. About 10 minutes from UCT. Basically you can get to any of the tourists sites very easily. We have the view of Table Mountain from my back balcony. If you want your laundry done it can be arranged as well as meals at an additional cost. Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 50% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% deposit is paid to Homestay.com) This will be paid by bank transfer. The other 50% is to be paid in cash on arrival. Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days' notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.”
