Hello my name is Steve and i am the live in landlord.My home is situated in Plymouth, Devon, South West England close to all amenenties and surrounding attractions with lovely views and quiet location it also has a large garden and patio barbeque area with table chairs for outside dining and also sunbeds. My home is 2 bedroomed and the host bedroom is a large room with internet wifi,computer/laptop desk and chair in bedroom,large screen tv , 2 single beds which can also be used as a double has storage wardrobes etc. Also features a kitchen with washing machine,cooker,fridge freezer and microwave if you want to self cater etc, lounge with large screen tv etc, central heating throughout and also gas fire for colder evenings. Bathroom and toilet with bath and shower facilities ( no on suite ) Situated in a very nice residential area with surrounding woodlands and nice views over the country side approx 3 miles from Plymouth City Centre and 1/2 mile from Cornwall border close to beaches etc. A warm comfortable property with drive and off road parking. Bus stop is just 1 minute walk from my home with a limited service to City Centre and links to all services and destinations. Easy 5 minute walk to local village of Tamerton Foliot with 3 pubs offering good food, music, entertainment,also shops, Chinese takeaway etc. My home is pet free and my children are not living here ( grown up left home ) Im pretty easy going and friendly and have no set rules as long as your respectful clean and tidy im sure you will enjoy your stay in my home. A small knowledge of English language would be helpful Pick up and drop offs from local train,bus or ferry stations can be arranged on request please ask. look forward to hearing from you.
