This is a family home with a room set up with the highest standards for this peculiar type of business. My name is Floiret Diaz and I am the owner of the property which I share with my wife and two children . I can fluently speak English and Spanish . I am able to verbally communicate in French . I've been a state-employed guide of Vinales National Park for over 19 years. The room has actually two double beds , so it is able to hold up to four guests. The private bathroom is inside the room. For current PROMOTION , please see below! The house is run by my wife and myself. I speak fluent Spanish, English and a little French too . We are a family of four who enjoy interacting with other guests. Please, do not hesitate to ask for assistance anytime. My house is very close to Viazul - the local bus station .If you arrive by bus, we may arrange to pick you up from the Viazul bus terminal (or anywhere in town where your transportation drops you off). Also, it is very accessible by car . Parking can be coordinated upon check-in. Shared taxis are also available and can be arranged at any of the tourist desks in town or we can assist you find , through other hosts, fellow travelers willing to share the ride with you . Current promotion : We have reduced our base price by 10 %. For last minutes bargainers , we are offering additional 10 % if your booking is within 72 hrs of your intended stay., Please , contact us first . My house is only few minutes away on foot from Vinales plaza and main street . In order to facilitate quicker check-ins we have implemented that our check-in time would be after 2:00 pm till 11:00 pm. Our check-out time is 12:00 pm. There are times that we may allow late check-outs, but this is only if you agree on keeping your bags out of the guest room ( left in separate and safe room) before 1:00 pm, but no use of shower will be allowed. Even though we have posted that we don't smoke inside the house, we have no problems if guests choose to smoke outside . Designated areas are front porch , side corridor or roof.
