Â Â Maricela rents 3 beautiful rooms in the Barceló hostel. located just 20 meters from the house of la Trova and the main tourist attractions of the city of Trinidad as the Plaza Mayor, museums, the House of Music and its busy staircase for tourist and cultural activities that are exhibited there They allow you to socialize if you wish. In this family house you are treated as one of the family, because it gives you confidence. The telephone of the house is offered free of charge for local calls and to guarantee the next destination. The rooms are air-conditioned, one of them is on the first level and the other two on a second level. The beds are all double, comfortable, clean and invite to rest after walking long hours through the villa. The bathrooms are private inside each room, they have hot and cold water 24/7.Â From the terrace of the third level you have a panoramic view of the whole city, which you can enjoy sitting on chairs taking the delicious fruit cocktails and drinks prepared by the hosts of the house. Maricela graduated as a cook from the School of Tourism and prepares delicious dishes, both typical Cuban and international cuisine. Very nice place to stay in Trinidad. Hosts were very friendly and helpfull, they even arranged a salsa lesson for us in their own home. Really nice terras where you can see the sunset with a homemade mojito. Perfect location in the center with everything nearby. Confortable beds and a good shower. Highly recommended!

Chambre conforme aux photos mais très chaude et quartier très bruyant la nuit ( musique forte toutes les nuits jusqu'à 2 heures du matin).Bon petit déjeuner mais assez cher .Prié de quitter la chambre à 9 h du matin le dernier jour !

Nice new room in the heart of Trinidad (2 minute walk to the major plaza). The room is located on the second floor with a nice view over a part of Trinidad. Communication was okay, mostly in Spanish.

Hostel Barcelo was excellent accommodation for us in Trinidad. The room was clean and comfortable and included a nice terrace area for breakfast with great views of trinidad. Maricela and her family were great hosts and arranged for us to stay with a friend when we decided to extend our stay in Trinidad. We would be happy to stay with them again.

When we arrived we agreed a price for lunch but when the bill came she charged us more then agreed When we payed she acted as she had no change afterwards she didn't even say goodbye Really a bad place to stay, in the room no water-pressure so unable to take a shower But not all the casas are like this we had a very good experience in havana

Great location, friendly service, breakfast was amazing, best pina colada in Trinidad and clean. The only let down was the beds are foam mattresses and bathrooms were not cleaned (toilet paper refresh and toilet paper bins emptied). My wife and I highly recommend this place, have a great trip.

Maricela is a great host! She arranges everything you want in terms of activities. The rooms are nice, breakfast is huge and delicious and the rooftop terrace is great to relax. The location of the casa is great, in the middle of town.

Notre séjour chez Maricela était parfait. Le logement est très bien situé, tout proche du coeur de Trinidad et un peu sur les hauteurs, ce qui apporte un peu de fraicheur le soir. La vue de la terrasse sur Trinidad est fabuleuse. La chambre est très bien équipée, spacieuse, très propre, la climatisation est moderne et la salle de bain impeccable. Maricela est une hôtesse formidable, particulièrement attentionnée, elle a été au petits soins avec nous. Elle a également été de très bons conseils pour l'organisation de notre séjour et nous a concocté des petits déjeuner très copieux et délicieux. Une adresse à recommander sans réserve.

Maricela and her family were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the room upstairs with a beautiful view over the rooftops of the city. The casa is very close to Plaza Mayor so a bit difficult to reach by car because driving in the city centre is restricted. The room was quite small but nice.
