Highly unfriendly hosts, not 1 smile in 23 days. Upon arrival no "welcome, how are you, how was your trip", NOT 1 WORD TO WELCOME in any language. Entrance to second floor only available via extreme and narrow steps. For some reason no picture on website on this terrible stair!!! Highly not user friendly. (The picture on webside shows steps to 3rd floor). My room was given to others for 4 first nights. Had to go down and knock on private door every time to get clean towels. Cleaning has to be asked for every time. Plumming problems with zink and shower. No hot water for several days. No toilet paper at all. Only 3 very small paper napkins for several days purposes. In general: stay somewhere else. There are many nice CP in Baracoa, this one is absolutely not one of them.
