Hey, I'm Mahesh Panditrao electronics engineer, in data recovery profession RESTORE POINT Pune registered with gmaps in Pune INDIA. I stay with my mother (81) in our 4BHK bungalow. Total capacity for 10 guests. local authority MTDC Home Stay license valid up to 2022. good for Couples, Travelers, Patients, families (with kids). I am a simple person, very transparent & loves simplicity, can adjust to any situation. You will not be in a bed and breakfast, hotel or guest house, but you will be our family guests where you can feel like home. Please note that this is my abode. Everything is taken care of by me; I do not have any staff. No maid service, it is self service only. The house is a 4 Bedroom fully furnished bungalow with parking, Ideal for unwinding and relaxing. It has large windows, Western-styled Bathrooms with 24 hours hot and cold water, Full of sunlight. The room has a wardrobe/cupboards you can put your belongings. All rooms are well furnished, ideal for females willing to share luxuries with each other, keeping ambiance clean, We have also provided a washing machine for Rs.100 per use and cloth drying systems and Ironing facility to ensure a convenient and hassle free stay. This place is one of the most premium locations in pune city bungalow colonies just 4 KM from Mumbai Expressway still in hart of city; registered with gmaps and easy to locate. The area is very green, Next to Auto rickshaw stand and bus stop; you can call in Uber, Meru or Ola Cabs taxi. Restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance, from snacks to fine dining. Everything is just a stone's throw away like convenience stores, medical facilities & stores, ATM's, Banks, Mess, Shopping complex, pickup points etc. PG may take full room by paying required charges. It's a nice residential option for working, business, tourist & short and long term stay who loves to stay in family environment.
