Tiled 2 rooms with clean tiled wash rooms with two single beds in one room and one double bed and one single bed in the other room.Situated in country side, with separate entrance 3.5kmts from Galle city,fort,beach and Famous Unawatuna beach.Only 800mts to Karapitiya medical faculty and Karapitiya teaching hospital.Owner myself and wife living next door.100% security available 24 hrs. A/C,fan,WiFi,hot water,refrigerator ,washing machine,kitchenette available.Washing machine and refrigerator can share any time for guests when they needed.18 Kmts to famous Mirissa beach you can do whale watching.With A/C extra will be added to the room per day.Meals will be provided only on request for a reasonable charges.This accommodation is suitable for overseas medical students(elective students)overseas doctors who will come for rotation,travelers,solo travelers, locals who are coming for exams,hospital visitors,executives,etc.Can arrange tours for a low cost. Registered at the Sri lanka tourism development authority. Can arrange transport to my homestay from Galle city centre on arrival and to Galle from my homestay by my vehicle free of charge.

The homestay with Shirley and his wife was as good as you can get . My wife and I have traveled extensively and done homestays and this is at the top in friendliness, clean, and Shirley's wife cooks wonderful meals. WONDERFUL. My wife is wheelchair and shirley made both his appartments accessable with new cement ramp. Who does that except really great people and did I mention these are great people. This is in a neighborhood and this couple are long time residnets... its quiet and I really cannot say enough good things about the experience of staying here. Shirley provided rides, and offered the knowlege of a life long resident who also has his own travel experience. If you come across his rooms and can get one ... do it . Shirley worked hard for our booking and I am glad with all the planning that I paid attention to his effort. This stay is a gem for Galle. Come ... be respectful and enjoy.
