On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms with fans and 1 bathroom for the exclusive use of my family. The townhouse is located in the Botafogo neighborhood on a quiet street without the hassle of traffic, perfect for those looking for peace and quiet. It is a 15-minute walk from Copacabana beach and close to 2 excellent shopping malls. It is a 12-minute walk from the Botafogo subway station and a 15-minute drive from downtown Rio de Janeiro. Shops, bakeries, markets, restaurants, gyms and hospitals are all close to the townhouse. Easy access to public transport and 8 km from Santos Dumont Airport. We are a couple in our seventies. We like to meet new people regardless of age, race, color or language, as long as we can communicate. We are interested in sightseeing, traveling, dancing, sports, theater and cinema. I am the only one who speaks English in the house, but we communicate satisfactorily in Spanish.
