I have a lovely cosy house within easy access to the city centre, with a bright single room to rent. lovely south-facing garden and off-street parking available. The house is a three-minute walk from the luas tram stop and is within easy access to the city centre and many of Dublin's colleges/universities.

Thanks for welcoming me into your home Amanda! This is a good accommodation option for students looking to stay in quiet space located outside of Dublin. The house is small, but comfortable, and has just about everything you need for a temporary stay. Biking along the canal or taking the LUAS into Dublin is very straightforward. Note that grocery stores are a bit of a walk from the house.

Brilliant location (literally 2 minutes from the Luas stop) in a very nice neighborhood. The house was clean and comfy. Amanda was friendly, helpful and very uncomplicated. Didn't have a single problem while I was there. I can recommend this place wholeheartedly!
