The room was clean? comfortable and exactly as it appears in photos. The bathroom and toilet were very clean and besides the room. The Internet was very fast The building is near to puplic transport ( 3 min on foot from the bus station) The main street is full of restaurants, coffee shops and markets. And Ms.Isabel and her son were very nice and helpful with me and made me feel at home.

I ended up staying with Isabel for a month when I first moved to London, as I was searching for more permanent accommodation. She was always kind, friendly and welcoming, inviting me to make myself at home and offering food and drinks for me to try! It really felt like a home atmosphere and I felt included as part of the family (although I could easily close the door to my room if I wanted privacy). I'd recommend for anyone visiting London and looking for a central base in Brixton.

Isabel is a super-friendly host and the flat is very well located to explore the main attractions in London. Also very easy to reach from Victoria coach or rail stations via bus no.2. The room is quiet and comfortable, I slept very well. Isabel is quite flexible with checking out times and she allowed me to leave my luggage in the flat while I went out during the day. She also invited me to share a meal with her. The thing I less liked was the bathroom, which has the toilet separated from the washbasin and bath, but this is a typical feature in many old houses/flats in the UK. Also Google Maps location of the address is not accurate, so better ask her to share her location in real time when you are close by.

Perfect place for waht you can expect for this price: all the basics what you need, good bed, good rest, good toilet/bathroom. Very nice and helpfull host!

Isabel was a very nice and friendly host. Everything was very comfortable and she helped me a lot while my stay at London. The room is quite nice with a wonderful view towards London. I would definitely visit her again and I am very thankful that she gave me a home far away from home.

I've spent 4 really good nights at Isabelle's flat, all the family was friendly and helpful. The home is small but as it's a private room it's a nice place to stay for short or long periods of time. Everything fit to the description, close from the underground and buses, nice view, lots of shops near by...
