Due to new regulations the minimum stay at this home is 90 days. The home has capacity for 3 guests at a time. We are near Douglas College, shopping, public transit, and beautiful parks and trails. There are two small dogs that love to play. There are two guest bedrooms, a shared living room, kitchenette and bathroom. No children under 7 due to Benji being difficult around some small children. Payment due on day two if coming from international countries and on arrival if coming from the USA or Canada. Cash, Paypal and Etransfer accepted. Check in anytime after 2 pm and check out at noon (flexible as needed - please advise)

Christina est très gentille et très accueillante (ainsi que ses 2 petits chiens). La chambre est spacieuse, nous avons notre propre cuisine ainsi qu'un petit salon et la salle de bain est partagé mais cela n'est absolument pas dérangeant. Le logement est proche des arrêts de bus ainsi que de la gare et des commerces. Je vous recommande cet hôte, elle a été formidable pendant tout mon séjour.

The homestay is perfectly cozy and peaceful. It's located in a great neighborhood, close to the bus stop and the place is kept really tidy and organized. The separate kitchenette is fully stocked with utensils and very convenient. Christina is extremely helpful and great to chat with! Moreover, the dogs are amiable and love to be petted. Going to miss my short time here. Definitely staying here again If I'm in Vancouver!

Christina war sehr hilfsbereit und sie gab uns Tipps für die Urlaubsplanung. Sie zeigte uns eine schöne Wanderung. Wir konnten uns wie zu Hause fühlen. Unser Zimmer hatte zusätzlich eine Couch und einen kleinen Tisch. Christinas Hunde waren sehr lieb und wir hatten Spaß mit ihnen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei ihr. Vielen Dank für Alles und alles Gute für die Zukunft!

We had the best stay at Christina's. The room is spacious and clean. Christina was incredibly helpful about where to find things, sights to see and overall she went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and we got most out of our stay. Highly recommended!

Sorry ... I thought that I had already sent Christina a glowing report. What I enjoyed most was the relaxed friendly reception I received. I felt like a part of the family and wished that I could have stayed more than one night. Christina's home is a definite stop if I am ever going her way again. Kay
