I live in a semi detached house in Droylsden area of Manchester with my partner in a quiet street with lovely neighbours. We are fun to be with and love to meet people that's why we are here on this site. Our home is about 15 minutes drive to Manchester City centre (I can give you a lift any where you want to go at very affordable and competitive rate including to and from the airport) or by bus (30mins) or tram (23mins). We have a white finished kitchen always tidy and you are welcome to use at any time during your stay. Also available to relax in is our large garden. Wifi available with strong signals everywhere in the house powered by two routers and you are Welcome to use the workstation equipped with basic office gadgets. Your stay in Manchester could not be more enjoyable and comfortable. We welcome tourists, holiday makers, students, name it. Please Note: laundry attracts additional charge. Really enjoyed this homestay. Sam's partner welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed. She even made sure the heating was on so that our two rooms were even more comfy and cosy. TVs were provided in our rooms so my friends and I enjoyed drinking the tea we were provided with together while lounging on the beds together in front of the TV. A really nice relaxed homestay and it felt like we had the house largely to ourselves. We were even allowed to use the kitchen in the morning to make ourselves a big cooked breakfast which ate on the lawn in the sun at the back of the house. Would recommend this homestay and will definitely be going back when I am in Manchester. About 5.6miles /25 minutes from city centre by car. Tram stop is a few minutes down the road but we didn't need to use it.

I would like to say Sam place was very good Sam and his wife were sociable people Sam was very helpful if you ask him where to go in Manchester he was very helpful I would definitely recommend it to my friends if they were visiting Manchester I shall return to their again when I visit Manchester again 10- out of 10 Kind regards Bernard Small

Like my writers below, a lovely, warm welcome. Sam picked me up from airport (ask for the price) and my room and and were clean and tidy. I walked a lot, so Emirated could be reached by foot but after walking 170 metres you could also pick up tram or bus, both well frequented. Take a Dayrider ticket! Old Rrafford is reachable in 50 mins so everthing could be reached quick and cheap. Sam is a lovely guy with music in his heart, always singing :-) I would do it again (this was my first time), that's for shure.

I thank Sam for looking after me. I arrived in the afternoon and the place was ready for me. The kitchen, bathroom/toilet was clean and there was no noise in the house even though there was more than one guest at the time. The WiFi was working well and I can recommend the place for someone visiting manchester for some time. I used public transport very good with the tram and bus about 100m from the house and very frequent.

We had a lovely, clean room with a really comfortable bed. Ideally located for The Etihad (a minute walk to the metro and then it was only a few stops to the stadium). Sam was a lovely, friendly guy. We thoroughly ended our stay and would recommend to everyone.
