My husband and I work at home. We have a teenage daughter and a dog. We live in a big house with many spare rooms in a very nice, safe and quiet area in the most popular spa town Harrogate, North Yorkshire . It is walking distance to the town centre, valley garden, Betty's, train/ bus station, conference centre and HlC. Half hour away to leeds airport. We have single rooms and double rooms, guests have their own shared kitchen, bathroom, laundry room ( with a charge), own entrance and house/room keys.There is a fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, hops,kettle and all other facilities for cooking in the kitchen. The laundry room equipped with both washing machine and dryer for long stay guests only, charge apply. Experience in hosting students( we all have DBS documentation, copy can be supplied as per your request).Free internet access, basic breakfast. Free parking. Payment upon arrival please. Check in 4:30 and check out 10:00 am. Thank you

It was very convenient that there was a little kitchen guests could use where there was tea, coffee and basic breakfast things. The house is in a lovely quiet area, but only about 10 mins walk into the centre of Harrogate.

Jenny and her husband are a lovely couple, they are extremely friendly and made me very welcome into their home. The room and house were very comfortable, with everything that I needed, and more, for my one night stay. I felt very relaxed and at ease and if I ever need to visit Harrogate again will definitely be calling upon Jenny again, I've already recommended the couple to numerous friends!
