Carlos was fantastic to stay with. Great private apartment in a great part of Havana. Carlos was very helpful, he gave us suggestions on where to eat and drink, what to do and how to be savvy in Havana. We look forward to coming again

Unfortunately, the electricity was out in the building, which did come back on until the early morning. We walked up 4 flights of stairs in a dark stair well. We did not feel we could trust that the electricity would stay on so only stayed one night. We met with the host as we were leaving the next morning, and he was apologetic, and very pleasant.
