The units are located (apts and studios), in one of the headquarters of the old Fazenda Santa Edwiges with four independent units, where they are rented to other people. It has an entrance through the garden, where the beautiful garden is visited by several species of animals from the Atlantic Forest: Capybaras, Tié-sangue, Saíra 5, 7 cores, woodpeckers, and others. All units offer privacy and intimacy. Extremely Charming and Comfortable environments close to the Atlantic Forest, the Balconies / Porches overlooking the Perequê-açu River and the Atlantic Forest, close to the Historic City.
