Hi! Safe and quiet neighborhood, gated community with security. Easy to navigate. Walking distance from universities, restaurants, markets, banks, bars & several bus stops. 15min bus ride to downtown San Jose. Spacious home with patio. lGBTQ Friendly Mi casa su casa! You have access to all common areas. We have a large living room, TV/ Projector area, kitchen, and dinning room. We also have a relaxing beautiful terrace/lounge area on the second floor with a comfy hammock that overlooks our indoor patio area. ***Update: we just upgraded the bedroom with a brand new orthopedic matrimonial bed :) More pics coming soon :) Our terrace is a guest fave as it's the best area to relax, drink coffee, read, hang out, work or simply wake up and listen to the birds chirping in the morning. Keys: Come and go as you please :) Interaction with Guests I'm here to help! I am quite the explorer and constantly traveling throughout the country so can assist you with any questions you have about getting around. If our plans coincide we can even share an adventure!! I work/study and am in & out during the week but am pretty flexible and will always be around to chat.
