I live in East london shops and public transport near to a forest too. Been a host for 8 yrs now and enjoy hosting foreign students around the world, t Thank you with breakfast. I'm very flex able on prices for the rooms The prices are per person only. The transport is excellent the underground and overground too provide a excellent service to the centre of london ......I provide breakfast only....in clouded in the price.....should you wish packed lunch or evening meal this would be extra and can be arranged during your stay.very flexible on price if you enquire we can do a deal !!

Alan is a great host. Very friendly, polite and let u feel like at home. Never too tired for a short chat, want you to feel comfortable at his house. It is also a safe and clean place and it has a very good connection to public transportations. Bus station just around the corner. All in all a great stay, thanks for it!

We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay, Alan is such great host he is soo helpful and supportive in anyway he can . The house and the rooms are very clean and comfortable . The area is very safe train station is a walking distance which can take you to central London within 20min I highly recommend staying here you would absolutely love it . HIBA

alan is very kind, friendly and flexible and was able to accommodate some last minute changes of mine! it’s at the end of the tube line and takes awhile to get to the city but walthamstow is a nice area and extremely worth it for the low cost per night :) definitely recommend if you’re staying in london for more than a week!
