Nearby there is Via Cola di Rienzo, a well-known shopping street, where you can buy very Italian goods, among which typical Italian food and clothes.
In the building, there is the lift and a concierge takes care of the entire building. He will be happy to help You!
In a heartbeat you can reach the metro station \;Lepanto\;, line A to reach any university of the city you'd like to go to (Roma Tre, LUISS; Tor Vergata, La Sapienza). If you do not like taking the metro, you can pick any of the many bus lines that serve the area. A bus stop served by many lines (e.g. 30, 70, 280, 301, 81...) is just 2 minutes far from the apartment. LUMSA and St. John University are right on the other side of the street, while the John Cabot University is close as well. If you are studying next to the Vatican this is a great place, the St. Peter's Dome is visible from the rooftop of the building. If you study at La Sapienza, tram line 19 will bring you there in 15 minutes, while metro B makes Roma Tre University as close as the Vatican!
If you need more, the taxi station is close to the apartment and shuttle buses coming directly from the two city's airports stop nearby.

*The Neighbourhood
Prati is a well-known district. Famous for its roman sweet life, here culture and leisure create a rare perfect mix. Whereby you are surrounded by many historical sites and museums to visit, the district has plenty of shops (from supermarkets to the oldest bakery in the city) and cafés as well. This is great to fully enjoy your stay!
Moreover, this is the district where the holy tradition, with churches, sisters, and the Vatican itself, meets the new generations spending their time enjoying happy hours and relaxing dinners. This is definitely the perfect location to live as a true roman!
Just at the corner of the building, there is a 100 years old bakery, then nearby there are many good restaurants where Romans use to have lunch\dinner.
