The apartment, located on a high and very bright floor, has just been renovated and then completely newly furnished, is divided into three large double rooms for single use, each equipped with all comforts.
It has a large bathroom and a large kitchen with a balcony for common use. The furnishings are completed by a series of accessories (microwave, oven, iron and ironing board, bathroom accessories, vacuum cleaner ..)
The apartment is to be shared with two other tenants.
We are in CITY STUDIES, every department of the Polytechnic is within walking distance and the LAMBRATE stop of the green underground is only 200m away. Furthermore, we have surface vehicles (93, 33, 19, 45) under the house and all types of services within easy walking distance.
