The apartment is located in a nice residential neighborhood where there are supermarkets, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. At 1 minute walk, we find the metro stop of the green line M2 Sant'Agostino. A 5-minute walk you can reach the famous area of the Navigli and the new Darsena, one of the hearts of the Milanese nightlife, where you can enjoy excellent aperitifs or typical dinners in the many restaurants that overlook the canal.
The apartment looks like a luxury penthouse, consisting of a livable living area with a table, 4 chairs, a smart TV, and a double sofa bed. The separate eat-in kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, dishes and pots. In the bedroom we find the double bed, a large wardrobe and, the bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower.
