3- for each additional bed after the third (then for the fourth and the fifth bed) will be applied € 15 additional to be paid by bank transfer to cover the costs of laundry and cleaning.
4 - In case of stays longer than 10 days, obligatory cleaning services will be provided once every 10 days (change of bed linen, towels and cleaning of the entire apartment). This service will be paid at the check-in.
5 - in the case of stays longer than 3 months, it should be understood that is starting from the first day of the first month to the 31st of the last month
Additional information:
- linen (towels and sheets) won't be provided
- required documents: passport, residential address, tax code, residence permit if the tenant is not from the European Union
- in the absence of the mentioned documents, € 42 per month tourist tax will be charged per person
- the fee for the last cleaning will be deducted from the deposit and the amount - starting from € 50 - will be calculated based on the size of the accommodation and the cleaning conditions
