THE SPACE
The house, about 40 sq wide, is located on the 5th floor (with elevator) of a typical Florentine residential building and consists of:
- a bright and silent bedroom furnished with a double bed (140x190 cm), a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, two bedside tables, a shoe rack and equipped with an FM ste(hidden)ystem and A\C.
- a large kitchen-living room equipped with everything you may need: oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, sofa, TV with Netflix, Prime Video and Apple TV, A\C.
In the living area, there is a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 2 more people.
- a bathroom with shower, basic supply of shampoo\shower gel\conditioner, hairdryer and washing machine.

The apartment is located a few minutes away from the center of Florence, which can be easily reached thanks to an excellent public transport service, including the several bus lines, the tramway and taxis. For those who love walking, Santa Maria Novella railway station in the city center is only 2.2 Km away.
If you have a car you can park in the blue lines spots on the street upon payment at the parking meter located along the street, or you can go to one of the private garages that are in the area.
