La casa si commpone di sei camere private con bagno e una grande cucina completamente attrezzata, in condivisione. La casa può ospitare in tutto un massimo di sei persone per garantire la massima tranquillità ai propri ospiti: per questo motivo non sono ammessi ospiti nelle stanze private e nelle aree comuni
Le aree comuni comprendono un ampio soggiorno, una cucina abitabile e un ampio terrazzo ricoperto da glicine accessibile agli ospiti durante tutta la giornata.
La casa si trova in una zona strategica per coloro che hanno necessita di recrasi in citta tutti i giorni ma preferiscono vivere in periferia. Nonostante la posizione, la casa e ben collegata con i principali mezzi di trasporto che portano in centro citta. Il tram n. 24 ferma di fronte all’ingresso della residenza.
Affianco alla casa c'è un supermercato è aperto tutti i giorni fino a mezzanotte.
Compreso nel prezzo vi è un servizio di pulizia delle parti private e comuni, una volta alla settimana e cambio della biancheria del letto e del bagno, una volta alla settimana

The residence where the room in question is located is a typical Milanese house from the late 1800s, renovated in 2016. The house consists of six private rooms with bathroom and a large fully equipped shared kitchen. The house can accommodate a maximum of six people in total to ensure maximum peace of mind for its guests.
The common areas include a large living room, a kitchen and a large terrace covered with wisteria accessible to guests throughout the day.
The house is located in a strategic area for those who need to go to town every day but prefer to live in the suburbs. Despite the location, the house is well connected to the main means of transport leading to the city center. The tram n. 24 stops in front of the residence entrance.
Next to the house, there is a supermarket which is open every day until midnight.
Included in the price there is a cleaning service of the private and common parts, once a week and change of bed linen and towels once a week.
CITY TAX
- For tenants up to 26 years old, you will have to pay 3 euros per night, for the first 15 days for a total of 45 euros.
- For tenants older than 26 years old, you will have to pay 3 euros per night for the whole stay.
