Via Bobbio 30 close to the city center surrounded by green areas, small local markets, supermarkets and all kind of shops nearby, as well as many restaurants and pizzerias
The area is quiet and safe; mostly students and families live here.
Politecnico University 15 min by walk or just 3 bus ( #58) stops away ( bust stop is right by the front door )
University College is only 2 minutes walking distances down the road
Layout of the flat
15 sqm room with independent entrance and bathroom, there is a double bed, wardrobe, book shelves and writing desk
Further on there’s a huge living room and fully equipped kitchen which have to be shared with other tenants ; the appartment has a second independent entrance ( via Bobbio 28 )with 2 separate rooms and bathroom, in total there are 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 entrances
Regardless of the date of arrival or departure, the rent must be paid for the whole month

L'appartamento è stato rinnovato da poco ed è al quinto piano con ascensore di un palazzo signorile
Gli spazi sono tutti molto luminosi e ventilati, ci sono due grandi balconi con vista sul Monviso, la collina torinese e parte della città, l'arredamento è curato e il pavimento è in parquet tranne nei bagni e in cucina
Posizione
Via Bobbio 28\30, vicino al centro circondato da zone verdi, negozietti e mercati rionali, supermercati, ristoranti e pizzerie. Il quartiere è tranquillo abitato da studenti e famiglie
Il Politecnico dista 10\15 minuti a piedi o a 3 fermate di bus n.58 (fermata sotto casa)
Collegio Universitario a due minuti a piedi sulla stessa via.
Descrizione dell'appartamento
la camera è di 15 mtq. ha un'entrata e bagno privati si trova in un'ala separata dal resto della casa, ha un letto matrimoniale, un grande armadio scaffali e scrivania, nell'entrata un armadio per i cappotti e scarpe
Poi c'è una grande zona centrale composta da cucina accessoriata e salotto da condividere, nell'altra ala della casa al n.28 c'è un'altra entrata con 2 camere e bagno indipendente
Inclusa nel prezzo la connessione fibra ottica wifi e ci sono a disposizione alcune lenzuola ed asciugamani.
La caparra è di un mese, periodo minimo di permanenza 4mesi.
