The apartment is located in a normal Finnish apartment building (this is NOT a HOAS\AYY apartment in a student dormitory). there is a 160 * 200 cm bed which can be separated to too 80*200 cm beds. Also the sofa can be opened for sleeping. Tv is 50\;. So - rented only for a NON-SMOKING, decent, reliable, honest and reasonable person (or a couple), who respects the property and neighbours, in other words KEEPS THE APARTMENT CLEAN and does not cause nuisance or disturbance.
- Electricity + water + Wi-Fi are all ready to use right away so no need to make any own contracts .
- For the stays of less than 6 month, there will be an additional fee.
