Stylish, very bright and great located accommodation Barcelona along with other 12 apartments in the same building. This is the perfect spot if you come to study, work or just spend some time in Barcelona. The apartment is really quiet and comfortable. A unique space with views towards the cozy square behind Estacio de França. One double and one single bedroom, and a spacious bathroom with a large shower. There is a full and modern equipped kitchen opened to the living room.
These two Barcelona apartments are available for monthly rentals and price includes utilities and weekly cleaning.
These accommodation Barcelona also includes: air conditioning, free Wi-fi, elevator and an amazing roof terrace with a chillout area, a shower and 360o overview of Barcelona (open until 9:30 pm)
On the ground floor of the building, there is a laundromat with industrial machines working with coins. This laundromat is for private use for our tenants and has limited opening hours (from 8:30 am to 9:30 pm). Also on the ground floor, there is a modern co-working space that can be used anytime within the same time range.
A refundable deposit would be asked for both, the apartment and for the key that gives you access to the common areas.
What can be said about Barceloneta that is not been published yet plenty of nice restaurants, sea views, nice cafes and evening drinks
Metro BARCELONETA - at only 2 minutes walking distance Ronda Litoral and Barcelona exits located nearby as well
There is a parking space from BSM that has economic daily and monthly rates.
