It is a newly renovated coliving home with 5 rooms so you will share your experience with maximum 4 other colivers (this room can be shared by two) from anywhere in the world.
This coliving home has 116m2 and is situated on the 3rd floor of an incredible building with an elevator. It is spacious and bright and tottally equipped. It has a welcoming and spacious hall that connects with the kitchen area and Room 1.
Beautiful modern kitchen with open-air spaces and a wooden desk with two stools. It is completely equipped with fridge and freezer, electric stove, dishwasher, owen, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and all utensils for cooking and eating while you share with your new friends. The kitchen connects to a laundry area with two washing machines-driers.
From the kitchen you access to two completely equipped bathrooms with shower, sink and toilette.
The living room has a sofa to relax while watching TV. There is a dining table where to share your meals with other colivers just next to the window that gives access to the balcony with open view to the street. Air conditiong in the common areas and Room 4. Central heating in all the apartment.
Room:
It is a large room with a double bed and a comfortable matress, that can be booked for individual use or for couples. There is a working area with two large desks and chairs and a closet to organise all your stuff.
This large room in our Eixample coliving home has its small living room with private TV and air conditioning, so you can relax sitting on the puf watching films or just have a talk with your mates. There are two chests of drawers too.
Renting a room in our coliving home means having an incredible coliving experience while sharing your home with colivers from around the world.
YOUR MONTHLY RENT INCLUDES:
- Up to €60\month of supplies per room and month (water, electricity, gas). Up to €90\month for 2 people

- Weekly cleaning of common areas of the house.

REQUIREMENTS:
+ 100€\month in case the room is rented by two people for rooms adapted for two people.
+ The admin fee of 250€ is per person.
+ Credit or debit card is a requirement. All the payments will be automatically deducted from the chosen card during your stay.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES PRICE POLICY
? If you arrive:
- Between the 1st and 10th days of each month, you will need to pay the entire month.
- Between the 11th and the 20th day of each month, we will discount 20% of your rent for the first month.
- The 21st or later, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35€\single room and 50€\2people occupancy.
? If you leave:
- Between the 1st and 9th days of each month, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35€\single room and 50€\2people occupancy.
- Between the 10th and the 19th day of each month, we will discount you 20% of your rent for the last month.
- The 20th or later, you will need to pay for the entire month.
CHECK-IN POLICY:
Here you have all the available check-in options:
- Working days Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h at our Office (Carrer de Puigmartí 35, local 1 – Gràcia neighborhood, next to Joanic metro station (L4)) with no charge.
- Working days Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h at your new apartment with a 35 € extra fee.
- Weekends & Festivity days from 09.00h to 21.00h or Working days from 19.00h to 20.00h directly at your new apartment per 50€ extra fee.
