DOCUMENTS REQUIRED (please, send them together with your request):
- Tenants’ Passport\NIE\ID.
- Only for employees: Copy of your contract and copy of the last three payrolls.
- Only for self employed: Last income tax return.
- Only for students: University or school acceptance letter\ internship agreement of all the people that will be living in the apartment and last three payrolls from guarantor or sponsor.

- Expenses of utilities will be charged apart: 100€\month.
- If the consumption is excessive will be an extra cost.
- Weekly cleaning service.
- Weekly change of bed sheets and towels.
