This charming garconniere located in a well-maintained house in the 17th district of Vienna will seduce you with light-flooded spaces and its intelligent room layout. A small anteroom leads to the newly renovated and pleasantly bright bathroom on the right with all amenities provided. Towels are supplied, so you won't need to bring one at all.
The smart living room includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area two couch chairs. You will also find a fully equipped sleeping area. This fully furnished apartment is waiting for you to bring your suitcases and move right in. We also added a writing desk and a washing machine.
To make living in Vienna for you as easy as possible, we offer the rent including all costs (waste disposal, Internet, fees, furniture, towels, VAT, operating costs, bed linen, and cleaning equipment) except for gas (heating, hot water) and electricity. The rental contract is limited to a max period of 6 months (negotiable).
Supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, bakeries, and small shops lie at the doorstep to cover your daily needs. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the city train station Hernals, and also the tram lines 43, 9 and the underground line U6 can be reached in a few minutes. Local recreational areas such as the Wienerwald, the Lidlpark, and the Kongresspark are situated in direct proximity. Likewise, the city center is just a short ride away down the Hernalser Hauptstraße.

Wir vermieten eine Studentenwohnung für Erasmus oder Business Professionals. Diese entzückende Garconniere in einem gepflegten Haus im 17. Bezirk in Wien zeichnet sich durch ihre Helligkeit und ihre intelligente Aufteilung aus!
Durch einen kleinen Vorraum erreicht man rechts das neu renovierte Badezimmer mit angenehmer Beleuchtung und allen Annehmlichkeiten: Auch an Handtücher haben wir bereits gedacht. Der Wohnbereich hat eine komplette Küche inkl. Besteck und Geschirr, einen gemütlichen Essbereich und einen abgetrennten Schlaf-Bereich. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und wartet auf Dich! Ein großer Schrank bietet ausreichend Platz für Deine persönlichen Gegenstände. Wir haben außerdem einen Schreibtisch und eine Waschmaschine für dich organisiert!
Um dir das Leben in Wien so einfach wie möglich zu machen, bieten wir die Miete inklusive aller Kosten (Müllentsorgung, Internet, Gebühren, Möbel, Handtücher, Mehrwertsteuer, Betriebskosten, Bettwäsche und Reinigungsmittel) außer Gas (Heizung, Warmwasser) und Strom an. Der Mietvertrag ist auf eine maximale Dauer von 6 Monaten begrenzt (verhandelbar).
Vor der Tür befinden sich Supermärkte, Banken, Apotheke, Bäcker und viele kleine Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs. Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von der S-Bahnstation Hernals entfernt, die Linien 43, 9 und U6 sind auch in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Als Naherholungsgebiet ist der Wienerwald, der Lidlpark und der Kongresspark gut erreichbar. Auch das Stadtzentrum ist in kurzer Zeit über die Hernalser Hauptstraße erreichbar.
