Please note that this is a studio apartment. Photos are presenting different possible settings. With two low separe-s it can function as two bedroom apartment but in fact it is studio... So what you see is the same apartment with two different settings...or even more. Before your arrival please let me know what you need, thank you.
Apartment Daniel**** is my home in Ljubljana, but it is apartment for long term rent at the same time... AND THIS IS WHY I HAVE DECIDED TO MAKE THIS OFFER. RENT 599 EUR PLUS 1\2 of THE COSTS AND (AGENCY FEE which is under discusion)
Roommate will most probably be me (the owner) willing to help you in any way you may need to have comfortable stay and quality studying period (I am also profesour of sport).
In winter time my base is in Ljubljana, but I am not there all the time.
In spring and summer time I am out of Ljubljana and I have to come here just occasionally. So you would be tenant, guest and roommate...but most of the summer time you would be there alone...
You will Benefit of great location, sunny and bright, positive, fully equipped place to stay.

Details about the costs:
- Wi-fi and TV cca 50 eur. can be Wi-fi only
- gas: fix cost is cca 7,74 eur. Plus according to your use of heating and cooking and hot water.
- electricity according to use. pls note that devices are A 3x plus!!!
- TV two bills. 3,77 and 17,90 for provider. about, cca if needed
- water and sewerage: cca 10 eur per person per month
- common costs of the house: cleaning and electricity for the lightening the stairs and common corridor 5 - 6 eur per person per month. About..
- final cleaning for apartment 150 eur. In case if you clean yourself perfectly it can be reduced down to zero.
